Australia Post

When the philatelic department of Australia Post recently upgraded their Mac lab to Apple's latest operating system, Mac OS X, Digital Survival helped Australia Post smoothly transition to the new system by providing group, then one-on-one training to all designers.

This minimised downtime and increased productivity and proficiency in the new operating system. Additionally, Digital Survival conducted basic training in Adobe Indesign and Microsoft Office X.

Pioneer Electronics

Pioneer Electronics Australia decided that its staff need to improve their proficiency in Microsoft Office. Digital Survival designed a tailored course that was delivered quickly and efficiently, effectivly increasing their productivity by up to 30 hours per year per employee.

The course was conducted on site, ensuring minimal interuption to employees day-to-day work.

National Australia Bank

Digital Survival designed a series of short, one hour courses for National focusing on tips and tricks of key productivity applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Lotus notes and Windows. Course participants reported an average time saving of over 20 minutes per week

Sims Metal

Digital Survival provided one-on-one training for various staff in applications including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Sims found that one-on-one training was more efficient and cost effective then sending staff away for an entire day of training. Training was delivered on-site, at the staff's desks, in their own familiar computing environment.

Bennison Mackinnon

TBM Commercial

TBM Commercial were looking to provide their staff with basic computer training. Digital Survival designed a combination group and one-on-one training course to provide staff with basic knowledge. Digital Survival then provided TBM Commercial with follow up support to staff that need additional training. Additionally, Digital Survival built and implemented a Filemaker database that is used as a CRM tool for managing client relationships.
